Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for hyperscale data center projects and related mission-critical infrastructure. You will collaborate with project teams to forecast completion dates, identify risks, and drive recovery plans.

The role requires strong analytical skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across North America. Expect extensive travel while delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years scheduling, project controls, or related experience.
• Experience with complex data-center or heavy civil projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish logic, sequencing, milestones, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Collaborate with PMs, field teams, procurement, and clients to validate plans.
• Perform schedule analysis, identify risks, and forecast completion dates.
• Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Support recovery planning and contingency development.
