Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling across hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will develop and maintain scheduling standards, manage baselines, and drive schedule-driven insights for successful execution.

This strategic role partners with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction leadership to ensure visibility, accuracy, and proactive mitigation across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of scheduling, project controls, construction management, or related experience.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, EPC projects, industrial construction, power infrastructure, utilities, heavy civil projects, or other large-scale programs.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities across multiple hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement scheduling standards, best practices, procedures, and reporting methodologies.
• Manage baseline schedules, milestone schedules, recovery schedules, commissioning schedules, and schedule forecasts.
• Support project pursuits, preconstruction efforts, and execution planning through schedule development and analysis.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities while supporting mitigation and recovery planning.
• Provide project leadership teams with schedule visibility, reporting, and performance analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
