Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a Field Training Consultant to coach and develop our sales agents across Kansas and neighboring states. The role emphasizes training, autonomy, and collaboration with a nationwide team to drive performance.

The position requires a college degree (Business/Marketing preferred) with five years of relevant experience, FINRA licenses (SIE/6/63) or ability to obtain them, and valid driving credentials for frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; 5 years relevant experience preferred.
• FINRA Series SIE, 6 and 63 or ability to attain.
• Licensed in Life & Health, Property/Casualty, Commercial lines or able to obtain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Train new agents in Kansas and collaborate with 15 trainers across multi-states.
• Travel up to 50% (occasional overnight) to support training programs.
• Provide problem-solving and solution-based selling training for sales-driven individuals.
