Qualifikationen

• Prior sales or management experience is a plus!

• Generate Excitement & Close Deals: Produce accurate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and secure new business.
• Hunt & Cultivate: Actively identify and build relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency leads.
• Be the Expert: Consult with clients to deeply understand their insurance needs and recommend the optimal coverage solutions.
• Master the Craft: Collaborate with experienced agents and participate in development programs to absorb industry knowledge and sales techniques.
