Job summary

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Field Installation Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support POS systems, networking equipment, printers, and low-voltage infrastructure at customer locations across the United States. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires 90% travel and independent work in diverse environments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of field service experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot POS systems, PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
• Install, terminate, label, and test Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber cabling.
• Conduct site surveys and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain accurate installation and service documentation.
• Deliver professional customer service and work safely on site.
