TRUNO Retail Technology Solutions is seeking a POS Field Service Technician to service customer sites within a defined territory, performing troubleshooting, repair, and testing of POS hardware and related equipment. You will maintain inventory, document all work meticulously, and provide timely updates to customers.

Requires an Associates degree (preferred) and IT familiarity; 1+ year in technology service (retail a plus). Travel ~150 miles, after-hours availability may be required.

Qualificações

• Associates degree preferred in IT or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in technology service preferred; retail experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office required.
• Technical hardware experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service requests promptly and document details and parts used.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test in-store equipment to verify functionality.
• Travel within a 150-mile radius with limited overnight travel.
• Provide preventative maintenance on POS equipment and other hardware.
• Configure software/hardware, installs and upgrades as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; adhere to deadlines.
• Manage company vehicle, credit card, and tools as required.
