Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment in Denver. You will play a key role as a technical expert, delivering exceptional on-site service and maintaining equipment integrity for our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, or similar rotating equipment.
• Ability to read precision measuring tools and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication.
• Willingness to work on-call with overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and removal of motors and equipment per OEM specs.
• Perform laser alignments and verify tolerances with precision tools.
• Diagnostics and overhauls of rotating equipment on-site.
• Safety-focused, work independently or in teams to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with customers to provide clear findings.
