Job summary

Aventiv-Technologie is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities to maintain, repair and support our tablet products, including setup for users and coordinating with dispatchers. The role may be onsite, hybrid or roving to serve customers and ensure tablets are fully utilized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in difficult environments e.g. corrections.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain and repair company products, features and equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tablet issues.
• Set up and maintain individual tablets for users.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and manage service tickets.
