Qualifications

• Experience in data center or mission-critical environments is preferred.
• Leadership experience directing crews on large deployments is required.
• Willingness to travel 100% to project sites, including Abernathy, TX, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fiber pulling, routing, dressing and labeling.
• Assign work based on prints and cut sheets.
• Monitor daily production and front-line completion.
• Maintain fiber handling and bend-radius requirements.
• Ensure clean routing through ladder racks and paths.
• Identify installation or quality issues and direct corrections.
• Track work in progress and report production status.
• Perform handoffs between day and night shifts.
