Qualifications

• Hands-on fiber, copper, structured cabling, or data center experience.
• Ability to read drawings, labels, and installation documents (cut sheets).
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Professional communication with installation crews and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed fiber and copper installations
• Verify workmanship against project requirements
• Review cable IDs, labels, routing, and dressing
• Compare completed installations against drawings and cut sheets
• Identify installation defects and punch-list items
• Communicate required corrections to Lead Technicians and production crews
• Track outstanding quality issues through completion
• Support final acceptance and turnover
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation
• Balance production requirements with installation quality
