Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on fiber optic field experience.
• Experience in fusion splicing and termination.
• Proficient with OTDR and power meters.
• Knowledge of BICSI, EIA/TIA, NEC, and TIA-942 standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform fusion splicing of fiber optic cables.
• Terminate fiber using LC/ST/SC connectors.
• Conduct testing with OTDR and power meters.
• Troubleshoot fiber issues in the field.
• Install and manage fiber in data center environments.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Ensure work meets industry safety standards.
