Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Task Force Engineering Manager with a passion for service to oversee engineering operations across our nationwide portfolio. The role involves leading maintenance teams, ensuring safety, asset protection, and adherence to brand standards while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering employees including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluations.
• Oversee safe and efficient operation of hotel systems: electrical, HVAC and related equipment.
• Ensure projects and maintenance are completed on time per brand standards and codes.
• Present cost-effective proposals for maintaining or repairing hotel systems.
• Perform guest response and preventive maintenance work orders as needed.
• Schedule work within preventive maintenance programs to minimize guest impact.
• Inspect Life Safety equipment and ensure compliance with codes.
• Assess critical situations and coordinate immediate response.
• Maintain electronic maintenance and work order systems (Quore/PM Works).
• Organize materials, tools, and maintain a clean work area.
