Job summary

Layton Construction seeks an MEP Assistant Superintendent to oversee daily job-site operations, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. This role supervises direct labor and manages contracted work to ensure project completion.

The position requires collaboration with the Project Manager to develop look-ahead schedules, coordinate pre-construction meetings, and ensure timely delivery of tools and materials while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of commercial construction experience in a Mission Critical environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project site.

Responsibilities
