American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an Echo Technologist II with 2+ years of experience in pediatric and stress echo for a cardiology department supporting inpatient, outpatient, and intra-procedural cases. The role requires ARDMS/CCI certification and imaging proficiency.

The position features a 5x8 day shift schedule, rotating weekends, and on-call responsibilities, with local candidates within 50 miles eligible for a reduced rate. EPIC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in echo required.
• CCI or ARDMS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with pediatric echo and stress echo required
• Experience with Watchman procedures and 3D imaging preferred
• EKG testing required as part of the application process
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Cardiology department within a 150-bed facility
• Patient population includes inpatient, outpatient, and intra-procedural cases
• Average caseload of 7+ cases per day
• Uses Philips EPIQ ultrasound equipment
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• 5x8 day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
• Rotating weekend schedule with two weekends (Friday-Sunday) on a 6-week rotation plus one night per week
• On-call requirement of 7-8 shifts per month on a rotating 6-week schedule
• Floats between inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas
• Team player, self-motivated, and dependable candidates preferred
• Must complete EPIC training and routine corporate orientation prior to start
• Grey scrub color required
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at a reduced rate
