Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Sonographer with 2+ years of echocardiography experience and a recognized cardiac sonography credential. This contract assignment features 10-hour days over four shifts weekly, with rotating schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM.

The role requires AHA BLS certification, a valid echocardiography credential (RDCS/RCS/RCCS/CRCS/ACS), and licensing where applicable. Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of echocardiography experience.
Current AHA BLS certification required.
Appropriate credential in echocardiography (RDCS/RCS/RCCS/CRCS/ACS).
License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

Diagnostic Cardiology department setting.
10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week.
Schedule varies between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
13-week contract assignment.
Must work 2 of 3 major holidays and 1 minor holiday.
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
Returning staff must have a 2-year break to return as travelers.
