Centurion Eagles Travel Team in Lincoln, Illinois seeks a full-time Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to provide holistic care to incarcerated patients at Logan Correctional Center. LPNs travel between facilities in Illinois, with assignments restricted to a single location per contract, under RN and medical staff supervision.

Active Illinois LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and 1+ year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in outpatient clinic, hospital, or long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate 90+ miles from the facility.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical staff.
• Work across multiple facilities within Illinois as assignments require.
• Coordinate with RNs and medical/psychiatric staff to respond to health needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.

Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.The Eagle (Travel team) LPN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the state of Illinois, per contract needs. Each assignment will be restricted to one location.
