Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Eagles Travel Team at Hill Correctional Center in Galesburg, IL. Travel LPNs will support incarcerated patients with holistic nursing care under RN direction across Illinois facilities.

Qualified candidates have an Illinois LPN license, CPR/BLS, and travel with preferred corrections or prior travel nursing experience. A security clearance is required, and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in community outpatient, hospital or long-term care preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen & background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision.
• Work across facilities within Illinois as assigned.

Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.The Eagle (Travel team) LPN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the state of Illinois, per contract needs. Each assignment will be restricted to one location.
