Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Travel Licensed Practical Nurse for Danville, IL. The LPN will work across Illinois facilities as part of the Centurion Eagles Travel Team, providing holistic care to incarcerated patients under supervision.

Candidates must hold an IL license and be willing to be placed 90+ miles from the chosen facility. Travel nurses are Centurion employees with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with active IL license.
• Must be placed 90+ miles from facility.
• 1+ year LPN experience in outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within scope of practice.
• Document care and report changes per facility protocols.

Each assignment will be restricted to one location.
