Ashley Furniture is looking for a dynamic Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive new-hire onboarding for Ashley Retail Sales Associates, primarily in person within our retail stores. Responsibilities

• Lead new-hire onboarding for Ashley Retail Sales Associates with instructor-led training in stores and virtual sessions as needed.
• Facilitate training across sales processes, product knowledge, systems, and operational procedures.
• Bring learning to life with demonstrations, hands-on activities, and knowledge checks.
• Create an inclusive, learner-focused environment that encourages participation and practice.
• Adapt facilitation style to different audiences and learning levels while maintaining consistency.
• Provide timely coaching to strengthen knowledge and confidence.
• Assess readiness and identify team members needing additional support.
• Ensure access to systems, tools, and learning resources for new hires.
• Track attendance, learning completion, and progress; report to leadership.
• Prepare training rooms and materials for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Partner with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide feedback to keep training materials current with product and process changes.
• Represent Ashley’s Training & Education team professionally and align with company values.
