Ashley Furniture Homestores seeks a district role to support licensees in training, merchandising and product assortments across locations. You will partner on velocity walks and implement opportunities to grow wholesale sales.

You will help with new store openings, onboarding, and quarterly strategy meetings, while ensuring licensees stay compliant with brand standards and reporting protocols. Travel up to 80% is required, with a focus on driving consistent, high-quality store performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Conduct ongoing location visits to identify and support the licensee in product training, merchandising and product assortments, partner on velocity walks and help support opportunities to grow wholesale sales.
• Support licensee new store openings and grand reopenings; participate in new licensee onboarding.
• Participate in operational strategy meetings to devise best practices or improvement plans for licensee needs.
• Ensure licensees remain in compliance with the TUA and monitor brand standards through field visits and self-reporting to enhance brand equity.
• Foster licensee network communication with field reports, newsletters, and quarterly meetings; resolve issues.
• Attend Markets to introduce licensees to new products and programs.
