Job summary

Ashley Furniture Homestores seeks a field-leaning manager to train and support licensees across locations, enhancing product assortments and brand standards. You will participate in new store openings, onboarding, and quarterly sales meetings while promoting Ashley's growth strategy and customer experience.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), strong communication, and leadership to drive performance and compliance with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business related field.
• Three to five years of retail sales and sales management experience, preferably in furniture retail and distribution.
• Knowledge of licensed business owner or franchise law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct location visits to train, merchandise and assist licensees with product assortments and velocity.
