PGT Trucking, Inc. seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our fleet of accounts across Hopewell, Reading, Trenton, and Baltimore markets. You will own full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing, and you’ll travel weekly to meet clients and present transportation solutions.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to exceed sales goals. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have transportation industry experience or related field.
• Proven hunter mindset with track record of closing new business.
• Ability to travel to client sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect for new business accounts and manage the full cycle sales process.
• Meet with new customers and evaluate transportation needs, negotiating rates.
• Exceed sales goals within assigned territory and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Travel weekly to new and existing customers to manage accounts.
• Deliver sales presentations to owners and senior executives.
• Network on social media to obtain referrals and promote PGT Trucking.
