Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis Company) in Orlando is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, resolve issues, and support luggage delivery services for travelers and partners nationwide.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Evening shifts and holiday/weekend availability are required. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Travel industry experience is a plus.
• Must be available to work holidays and weekends.
• Must be available to work evening shifts (3 PM–11:30 PM or 4 PM–12:30 AM).

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of calls in a polite, professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Utilize knowledge bases and resources to resolve issues.
• Provide timely updates and escalation when needed.
• Enter data accurately to process orders and inquiries.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure orders are entered and processed.
