Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an outpatient clinic setting. Candidates should have 3+ years of CT experience and ARRT CT certification, with ARRT R and BLS as required credentials.

Experience with Epic, PACS, and GE CT equipment is preferred. Shift options include days with 40 hours/week and 4x10 hour days, with a 1:1 patient ratio and a focus on both adult and pediatric imaging.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic setting.
• Two shift options: Mon/Fri 07:30–19:30 with Sat/Sun 08:00–17:00, or Thu/Fri 07:30–19:30 with Sat/Sun 08:00–17:00 (40 hours/week).
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Patient ratio of 1:1.
• Uses GE CT equipment and PACS system.
• Epic charting system required.
• Adult and pediatric acute care exposure; select advanced procedures as listed.

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an outpatient clinic setting requiring 3+ years of experience and ARRT CT certification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of CT Technologist experience required
• ARRT CT and ARRT R certification required, BLS required
• License required if applicable
• Epic experience required
• Teaching hospital, community hospital, Level I Trauma, and Level II Trauma experience preferred
• Skilled in image display and post-processing including 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and ROI measurement
• Experience with abdomen/pelvis imaging including contrast studies, colorectal studies, and IVP
• Experience with head/neck imaging including carotid, sinuses, soft tissue neck, and trauma head studies
• Experience with spine and musculoskeletal imaging including cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and MSK trauma
• Experience with chest imaging including cardiac and vascular chest studies
• Skilled in isolation precautions/PPE, contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture
