American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level I Trauma hospital setting in Aurora, CO. The candidate must have at least 2 years of CT tech experience and ARRT CT certification, with BLS. Level I Trauma experience and Epic charting are required.

The role involves working 3x12 hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), 8 Siemens CT scanners, and potential local facility travel within the metro region. Fluency with stroke/trauma CT studies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years CT Tech experience.
• ARRT CT and BLS certification required.
• Level I Trauma experience required; Level II Trauma preferred.
• Epic charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-volume Emergency Department within a Level I Trauma center.
• Operate 8 Siemens CT scanners.
• Average of 40 accession numbers scanned per shift.
• Use Epic for charting and PACS/Siemens equipment.
• 3x12 hour day shifts, Sunday through Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• May float to sister facilities within the metro region as needed.
• Perform CT scans for ED, ICU, and Level I Trauma patients, including stroke and trauma pan scans.
• No on-call requirements.
• Local candidates accepted.

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level I Trauma hospital setting requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT CT certification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Tech experience required
• ARRT CT and BLS certification required (license required if applicable)
• Level I Trauma experience required; Level II Trauma experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Proficiency with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and ROI measurement
• Experience with abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies, with and without contrast
• Experience with vascular chest studies (CTA, PE, aorta) and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Knowledge of isolation precautions/PPE, contrast media preparation and administration, and radiation safety
• Prior travel experience required

Responsibilities

• First-time travelers will not be considered
• Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract, with blackout periods during certain weeks
• No blocked scheduling requests permitted
• Candidates previously employed by UCHealth or affiliates must disclose prior employment details
• Candidates on UCHealth's internal DNU list will not be considered
• Returning travelers who completed a full year on assignment must wait at least one year before rebooking
• Completion of all facility-specific training modules required within the first week of assignment
