Job summary

ARMADA LTD is seeking Credentialing Specialists in Milwaukee, WI to support IRS credentialing sites. You will manage appointments, issue PIV/Smart IDs and PAC/Access Cards, and maintain card inventories. Training on ICAM/USAccess will be provided, with travel up to 40% for nationwide credentialing support.

The role requires a High School Diploma and strong attention to detail, plus excellent customer service. Overtime exempt, with diverse shifts including days, nights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with USAccess or credentialing programs preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to support onsite credentialing operations.
• Ability to complete online credentialing training and stay compliant.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in scheduling tools.
• Enroll and issue Identification Cards (PIV/Smart IDs, PAC/Access Cards).
• Perform certificate rekey, PIN reset, and card updates.
• Maintain credential inventory and log cards in CIT.
• Coordinate card distribution and activation with employees/contractors.
• Handle daily site reports and registrar/activator duties as needed.
• Travel up to 40% to support IRS credentialing and activation efforts.
