Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an inpatient rehab unit. Minimum 1 year experience and BLS certification are required. This role is on a 13-week assignment with day shifts and occasional weekend coverage.

The position requires a valid state license and LTAC/Acute Care experience is preferred. Housing allowance and licensure reimbursements are included; candidates local to Wilkes-Barre, PA are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
• 1 weekend of coverage required per month
• 13-week assignment
• Must be willing to work Christmas and New Year's holidays
• Cannot request every holiday off
• RTO must be submitted and approved prior to offer; requests made after offer will not be approved
• Call-outs require more than 24 hours advance notice
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted
