Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an inpatient rehabilitation facility. The role requires IRF or SNF experience and a minimum of two years in the field.

Qualifications

• AHA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting with 60 beds.
• Occupational Therapy services for geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients (ages 13+).
• Provide OT in an interdisciplinary rehab team.
• Treat conditions such as stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, amputation, and complex orthopedic injury.
• Utilize equipment like EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, and body weight support systems.
• Operate within EHR platforms including UDS and Epic.
• Day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with weekend coverage; no call or float.
• Accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) and CARF; nationally ranked.
• Black scrubs are required; candidates must live >60 miles away.
• Previous LifePoint staff within 12 months are ineligible; cannot be employed elsewhere full-time.

• Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Includes weekend coverage every weekend
• No call or float requirements
• Provide occupational therapy services within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Facility is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) and CARF for inpatient rehabilitation

• Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
