Assist personnel in completing travel forms and other business transactions pertaining to travel, may deliver personnel files and travel orders prior to departure, meet and inform arriving personnel of available facilities and housing, and may arrange for motor transportation for arriving or departing personnel All major modes of transportation are used, as most individual trips involve combinations of more than one mode. Travel is varied and periodically requires planning for relatively inaccessible intermediate or destination points.
