Job summary

MVM, Inc. is seeking a Travel Analyst to coordinate and optimize travel arrangements for Field Safety Specialists. You will evaluate flight times, book flights, lodging, and ground transportation, and enter requests into the scheduling system to ensure efficient, cost-effective travel.

The role requires coordinating with a travel contractor, confirming bookings, and communicating travel details to staff. A combination of associate degree and 2+ years in related fields is expected; bilingual

Qualifications

• Must possess an associate degree (or equivalent with additional experience).
• Two years of documented experience in security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar field; may require four years with alternate education.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must communicate effectively with staff and clients across departments.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn internal company systems (Saturn, Mercury, etc.).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including overnights and weekends for 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and lodging for Field Safety Specialists.
• Evaluate travel time and select cost-effective travel options.
• Book flights, lodging and ground transportation; create itineraries.
• Enter travel requests into scheduling system and generate work orders.
• Communicate travel requirements to Field Safety Specialists and sponsors.
• Confirm bookings and provide arrival details.
• Adjust or cancel travel plans as needed due to changes or emergencies.
• Support other duties as assigned.
