MVM, Inc. is seeking a Travel Analyst to coordinate travel and lodging for Field Safety Specialists across multiple sites in the US. You will evaluate flight options for efficiency and cost, book itineraries, and enter travel requests into the scheduling system.
The role requires two years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including overnights and weekends to support a 24/7 operation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Job Summary: The Travel Analyst coordinates and makes travel and lodging arrangements for Field Safety Specialists under the project assigned. The Travel Analyst is responsible for evaluating flight travel time and for selecting the most efficient and cost-effective travel with the goal of minimizing staff travel time. The Travel Analyst is responsible for flight bookings, itineraries, car rentals, etc. for Field Safety Specialists as well as entering travel requests into the company’s scheduling system.
Work Schedule: This position is mission critical and essential to the ongoing operations and requires a flexible schedule to support a 24/7/365-day operation.

Must be a U.S. Citizen | Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance | Favorable credit Check | Successfully pass a background investigation, drug screen. | May be required to pass or present specific requirements depending on the position (i.e., DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, flu shot).
