Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and lodging for Field Safety Specialists for the assigned project.
• Book flights, lodging and ground transportation; enter travel requests into the scheduling system.
• Communicate travel requirements and confirm bookings with Field Safety Specialists.
• Maintain travel itineraries and provide updates in case of delays or changes.
