Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Project Manager for Construction Technologies to lead nationwide, travel-based assignments overseeing electrical and low-voltage system projects. The role emphasizes coordination with clients, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will manage proposals, bids, design, documentation, and team guidance, mentoring field staff and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience; solid understanding of the project life cycle.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or related disciplines).

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases and activities of each project, including plans, bids, budgeting, scheduling, and performance standards.
• Prepare and manage project documents, status reports, invoices, closeout documents, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams; ensure safety, quality, and conformance to contract documents.
• Conduct kickoff meetings and maintain ongoing update meetings with stakeholders to align scope and progress.
