Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Construction Technologies to lead multiple projects across electrical, data, and security systems. This travel role is based at a national project site, focusing on proposal development, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and clients.

You will oversee design, estimates, procurement, and contract management while mentoring team members and ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in engineering, management, construction, or related field.
• Minimum 1-5 years of project management experience in construction contexts.
• Knowledge of project management tools, estimating, costing, and safety standards.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of each project from start to finish, including planning, bidding, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Prepare and manage project documents, invoices, change orders, and closeout materials.
• Secure subcontractors, permits, and materials; negotiate pricing and availability.
• Lead job start‑up meetings, attend update meetings, and guide field teams to meet scope and safety standards.
• Ensure conformance with contract documents and company quality/safety standards.
