Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Construction Technologies. This travel position supports national project sites, overseeing proposals, design, budgets, scheduling, and subcontractor management to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 1–5 years PM experience in construction, and strong knowledge of electrical/low voltage systems, safety standards, and contracting processes. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1-5 years of project management experience; understands the project life cycle.
• 2 years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, etc.).
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, estimating, and safety standards.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications; strong financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of each project from initiation to closeout.
• Prepare and manage project documents, schedules, estimates, and change orders.
• Secure subcontractors and obtain permits; manage materials and pricing.
• Lead job start-up meetings and regular project update meetings.
• Ensure safety and quality standards align with contract documents.
