Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Technologies to oversee multiple electrical, data, and security projects nationwide. This travel-based role requires coordinating proposals, design, budgets, scheduling, and client satisfaction in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and 1–5 years of PM experience in construction, with strong budgeting, risk management, and OSHA compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, business or construction management.
• 1–5 years of project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Knowledge of project life cycle, safety standards, OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs all project phases from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, bidding, and scheduling.
• Prepares project documents, reports, submittals, and change orders; manages cost codes and invoices.
• Secures subcontractors, permits, and material procurement; negotiates with vendors to meet timelines.
• Conducts site meetings, transfers docs, and ensures safety and quality standards are met.
