Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Construction Technologies to lead multiple projects nationwide. The role involves managing proposals, bids, design, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction, with travel to project sites as required.

The ideal candidate has a engineering or related background with PM experience in construction and knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards. A competitive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical/related).
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, and OSHA regulations.
• Reading contracts, plans, drawings, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project from start to finish, including plans, bids, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare and manage project documents, estimates, progress reports, and cost codes.
• Procure materials, secure subcontractors, and negotiate with vendors.
• Conduct job site inspections and safety audits; ensure QA standards.
• Coordinate with foremen, design staff, and clients to meet scope and milestones.
