Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Construction Technologies for a NATIONAL travel role based at a project site. You will oversee multiple projects from start to finish, including proposals, design, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction, with responsibility for design and coordination across teams.

The ideal candidate has a BS or equivalent, 1–5 years PM experience in construction, knowledge of PM tools, and a willingness to relocate temporarily for projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, PM, construction, or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience with PM lifecycle knowledge.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical/renewables) may be required.
• Knowledge of estimating, costing, power, lighting, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of each project from kickoff to closeout including planning and scheduling.
• Prepares project documents, reports, invoices, change orders, and cost codes.
• Secures subcontractors, procurement, and coordination with vendors and permits.
• Lead safety audits, site inspections, and ensure compliance with codes and contract documents.
