Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel for employees visiting customers, handling hotel, air and ground transport, and some reception duties. The role requires relocation assistance and supports Epic's large travel team.

You'll join a 14,000-strong staff and operate on a 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) with opportunities for growth, extensive travel exposure, and a dynamic, customer-focused environment on a national scale.

Qualifications

• Available to work 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am).
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to self-manage and creatively problem solve.
• Have a customer-service mindset.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers.
• Provide support when travel plans don’t go as expected.
• Manage all aspects of corporate travel—hotel reservations and air and ground transportation for staff.
• Support customers through some reception duties.
