Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and to provide support when plans encounter issues. You will manage hotel, air, and ground transport for a large staff and assist with some customer-facing reception duties.

The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with relocation assistance, and includes a 2nd shift schedule (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) with shift differential.

• Provide support when travel plans don’t go as expected.
