Job summary

Action Group Staffing is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Haas CNC machines in the Tulsa region. You will travel to customer facilities to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, and perform preventive maintenance and calibrations.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, the ability to read schematics, and excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, field service, CNC repair, or electromechanical troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and service manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities to install, troubleshoot, service, and repair Haas CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, alignments, and machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machine alarms, performance issues, and equipment failures using diagnostic software and service tools.
• Replace worn or defective machine components and verify proper operation after repairs.
• Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and maintenance documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, maintenance recommendations, and equipment operation.
• Safely operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle while traveling to customer locations.
• Follow all customer safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Participate in ongoing Haas Factory training, service updates, and certification programs.
