Action Group Staffing is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Haas CNC machines in the Tulsa region. You will travel to customer facilities to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, and perform preventive maintenance and calibrations.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, the ability to read schematics, and excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in industrial maintenance, field service, CNC repair, or electromechanical troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and service manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Field Service Technician – Haas CNC Machines

Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary: Action Group Staffing is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join a growing team supporting customers throughout the Tulsa area and surrounding regions. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working independently, traveling to customer sites, and providing outstanding customer service. Experience with CNC equipment is preferred, but candidates with industrial maintenance or electromechanical repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, field service, CNC repair, or electromechanical troubleshooting preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and service manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations throughout the region.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
