Job summary

St Croix Hospice is seeking a Clinical Leadership Trainer to develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for all clinical leaders across Wisconsin and Michigan. The role requires traveling to branch locations and working with leaders to ensure training completion and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license and have 3+ years of hospice and clinical leadership experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of hospice experience.
• At least three years of clinical staff leadership and training experience.
• Ability to pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive clinical leadership training program.
• Travel to branch locations and train clinical leaders onsite.
• Meet weekly with new clinical leaders to assess progress.
• Provide additional training and performance improvement as needed.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and other departments to ensure compliance and understanding of roles.
• Ensure training aligns with CHAP and Medicare requirements.
