Job summary

St. Croix Hospice seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a compassionate clinical team delivering patient-centered end-of-life care. You will partner with an interdisciplinary group to shape care plans, mentor leaders, and ensure high-quality services across visits and admissions.

This role requires RN licensure, a track record in hospice or home health, and 2+ years of supervisory experience. On-site leadership with on-call responsibilities is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years hospice or home health clinical experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign staff to each case.
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and problem-solving.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure quality.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement.
