Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Clinical Leadership Trainer to develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for all clinical leaders.

This role travels to branch locations and works one-on-one with leaders to ensure training needs are met. The trainer will support Wisconsin and Michigan, collaborate with senior leadership, update training plans, and ensure compliance with CHAP and Medicare requirements.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in practicing state; accredited nursing school graduate.
• At least three years hospice experience required.
• At least three years of clinical staff leadership including training and development.
• Ability to pass DHS background check; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle if travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective training plan for clinical leaders.
• Travel to branch locations and provide individualized training.
• Ensure training plans align with CHAP and Medicare requirements.
• Keep training plans up-to-date with regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding of all functions.
