ZoomCare seeks an Area Manager to lead a team of Clinic Associates and Medical Assistants, delivering best-in-class patient experiences across assigned clinics. You will coach staff, optimize clinic operations, and drive financial performance with strong focus on KPIs, change readiness, and brand-driven experiences.

You will spend substantial time in clinics, mentoring teams, analyzing workflows, and coordinating with leadership to ensure patient satisfaction and operational excellence across

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience required
• 3+ years preferred in retail or customer service leadership, preferably healthcare
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between and visit clinics weekly

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of clinic staff and provide coaching in clinics
• Drive operational and financial performance including P&L and playbooks
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and develop clinic associates
• Establish KPIs to optimize workflow, visit volumes, and patient satisfaction
• Translate brand principles into tangible, customer-centric experiences
• Develop plans for scope of roles and career growth
• Provide monthly workflow and efficiency analyses
• Oversee facilities inventory across clinics
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
• Other duties as assigned
