Job summary

The Doctors Clinic seeks a Clinic Manager to lead the operation of medical practices, driving patient care quality and financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff leadership, and interdepartmental collaboration with physicians and HR to ensure excellent patient service and compliance. RN or nursing background preferred; strong communication required in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program preferred.
• RN licensure if nursing graduate.
• CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
• Experience in physician practice management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of medical practices and clinics.
• Supports physicians with resources to meet patient needs and financial goals.
• Oversees budgeting, expense management, and P&L for the unit.
• Maintains strong communication with physicians and staff to drive care quality.
• Plans and implements initiatives to improve patient service and processes.
• Recruits, coaches, and evaluates staff; ensures performance and compliance.
