TravelCenters of America is seeking a Site General Manager to lead a designated travel center and drive operational excellence. You will coach a dynamic leadership team, foster a culture of service, and ensure safety, profitability, and compliance across the location.

This role requires a proven leader with a HS diploma or GED, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and EBITDA targets. Relocation not required, with opportunities for growth within TA.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with proven results.
• Strong planning, budgeting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the management team and overall operations of the designated location.
• Set goals to meet company objectives related to people, profit, safety, quality and appearance.
• Coach, train and develop the management team and staff.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate opportunities to District Manager and management team.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper program implementation across sites.
• Forecast total site results and achieve budgeted EBITDA targets.
• Lead 24/7 site operations with multiple profit centers and manage expenses.
