Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Site General Manager to lead and develop a designated travel center, driving profitable operations and superior service. You will coach leaders, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering customer-focused experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with proven results.
• Strong planning and analytical skills including P&L calculations, coverage ratios, budgets and expenses.
• Ability to perform non-management tasks when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the management team and overall operations of the designated location.
• Maintain professional demeanor with integrity in all business affairs.
• Set goals to meet company objectives related to people, profit, safety and appearance.
• Coach and train team members, resolving customer issues when needed.
• Identify and staff talent with internal or external candidates; review staffing levels.
