TravelCenters of America is seeking a Site General Manager to lead a designated travel center, coach the leadership team, and drive profitable operations. You will set vision, develop talent, maintain safety, and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
The role emphasizes P&L oversight, budgeting, and adherence to regulations while maintaining high standards of appearance and service for travelers.
Competenze
- High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred
- 3+ years in a leadership role with proven results
- Strong planning and analytical skills (P&L, budgets, cost control)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS software
- Willingness to lead front-line teams and drive customer service
Mansioni
- Supervise the management team and site operations
- Set goals to meet profitability, safety, and service standards
- Coach and train leaders; develop successors
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy of reports and records
- Oversee staffing, scheduling and staffing levels
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements across the site
